Green Chili Corn Chowder 15 – 20 Servings
2 c. cool water
3 c. White gravy mix
Mix together, whisk in
10 c. hot water until thickened; bring to boil.
3 c. Pepper Jack cheese – shredded or cut into small chunks.
Add to sauce; stir until melted.
4-6 c. Corn (I use frozen corn, thawed)
2 c. canned, chopped Green Chilies
1 t. cilantro
½ t. salt
Jalapenos, chopped (optional)
Add and return to low heat until corn heated
