Sometimes you get a particularly poignant comment left in a room journal that just warms the heart and makes you very happy you are still “living the good life”. This is our 25th year operating this historic log lodge (our home) as a B&B, and still loving it!
“I wish I was a poet so I could do your lovely lodge and you justice. As I sit here looking out on your horses I am realizing how the sights of this weekend have impacted me from my initial impression of this log heaven you call home to the stunning scenery every which way you turn, to the many artifacts and curiosities all over the place. My other senses have been stirred with delicious smells of wood fire, fresh bread baking, and delectable taste treats abundant because of your culinary gifts; not to mention hearing the mighty mountain winds and wood floors creaking . Loved it all including Reba, of course. With much gratitude, peace, and joy.” Mary – November 2021
