We’ve had a couple fun weekends with our scrapbookers. The two groups we’ve had recently are considered ‘old-timers’; they have each been here twice a year for multiple years – so they are like family. We have a lot of fun together.
It usually starts out with a casual dinner on Friday night and a lot of stuff brought in.
Then it all gets laid out.
…and then the fun begins ….
Some scrapbook – or crop, as it is often called – late into the night, or very early in the morning, before breakfast.
But you do have to take time out to eat a hearty breakfast.
All that sitting and bending over gets to your shoulders and backs….so let’s get a massage. Our very special massage lady comes right to the Lodge and works in front of the wood stove in the quiet of the Great Room. The girls said I was now ‘bedazzled’. Notice the artwork – of my husband – by my husband. Gotta love the guy!
